Shipping Policy

Order Processing

- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

- Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

- During product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received and a tracking email once it ships.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

- We charge a flat shipping fee of $7 for all domestic (U.S.) orders.

- Free shipping is available on domestic orders with a subtotal of $50 or more (before taxes and fees).

 

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries.

- For international shipments, a flat shipping fee of $12 applies.

- All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

- Duties, VAT, customs fees, and brokerage charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

- These fees must be paid to your local customs office upon delivery.

Customs Delays
International shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred by local customs.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

- Contact us within 7 days of your estimated delivery date.

- Email: hello@hawamatcha.com

- Please include your order number and photos (if applicable).

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages marked “Delivered.”

 

Order Edits & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order?

Email hello@hawamatcha.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified.
