For our Ceremonial Blend, we've partnered with Ushijimaさん, a 4th generation, award-winning producer from Yame, Fukuoka. His tea fields are nestled in the mountains of Yame, where the high altitude, foggy weather, and fertile soil develop a sweetness and umami that is characteristic of Yame tea.
An exceptionally balanced matcha with a smooth and silky texture, it can be enjoyed as either as a traditional usucha or matcha latte.

Absolute BEST matcha I’ve ever had. Smooth, creamy, nutty, bold, naturally sweet and exceptional customer service. I asked if they tested for heavy metals etc and they got right back to me, even offered to show me the report. But the TASTE! It’s DELICIOUS. It instantly became my favorite. I got the 100 gram ceremonial blend. Such a great decision. 10/10
The notes of cashew are there, rich and buttery. So smooth and tastes great with different milks. I've tried with regular, soy and oat and found all to be great! A bit of umami and astringency. Coloring is more on the deeper green side and so beautiful!
One of the best matcha I’ve tasted so far, nutty, umami, creamy, but can still stand out and doesn't get lost in milk Please please please restock!
I like sweetened teas. This matcha doesn't need sweetener. Can drink it straight or in a latte. 10/10 would buy again.
The matcha flavor is so fresh and pairs so well with oat milk -- I can drink this all day!
