This matcha demonstrates his skill at blending premium teas to create something greater than the sum of its parts. The result is remarkably creamy—even as usucha, it has the texture of frothed milk when freshly whisked.

This one leads to more earthy and verdant notes than chocolatey, it does have a bitter sweet taste and dry feel like chocolate. It does hold up in a latte as well. I dont really like earthy matchas but overall its great.

This matcha has an amazing sweet chocolatey nutty smell, and an umami, nutty taste. It is not noticeably bitter or astringent. It has a beautiful bright green color. I usually drink it as usucha but it is still strong enough to be used in matcha lattes. Pretty average price for high-quality matcha, though i wish it were cheaper. 10 outta 10 delicious!!
